vpg i could never understand as people were excited about a company that was trying to be profitable the following year????

I can understand companies that have high lvr but if they are earning good money then the banks are happy to let some convenants slide. If not they face big dillution etc.

MDT i thought a while back would of been a great share as they are similar to CER in lots of ways. Shopping centres which make good money. However I don't understand why the sudden drop in underlying earnings for mdt? what has changed?
Aussie dollar has increased. yep sure
rentals have dropped. ok sure
A drop in core earnings of 65.5%??????? what the!

I wish there was more discussion around this as i don't understand it.
