I strongly disagree,

Blackstone as a company including SW are very much informed about the market and have strategically invested accordingly.

Blackstone have clearly stated how they plan to supply clean, green NCM and capitalise on the transition to electric vehicles worldwide.

As for further downstream, into cathodes, in my opinion Blackstone will be a minor shareholder.

The big picture is there, just need to put the pieces together and Blackstone legally can’t disclose anything that hasn’t been finalised and once it has, SP won’t be sub .20 that’s for sure.
