can we get back to some meaningful discussion here...for example, does anyone know anything about the precipitation system that looks to be one of the missing elements of the separation facility? there was a photo in the Saskatchewan summit media release with just a sign where the precipitation area is meant to be. who is designing and building this for VML? what's causing the delay? is it halyard? has anyone tried contacting them?
