your job, not the CEOs . He has already shown he believes in the company big time, and he has not sold down one share. I think his current holding would be in excess of $10M.
@Rockfall Because they have already bought. None have sold their holding. See above comment . Collectively they have a "lot of skin in this game" which is always a Class A indicator of liklihood of success (imo).

@Dangrz you're kidding right? They're running a mine near Marble Bar , not a kindergarten newsletter. And they will continue to have staffing problems with Covid thus putting everyone on a tight schedule. You'd be lucky to even get a monthly.

From what I read, all miners have grade issues from time to time, because as you say its not an exact science. Whats your take on the external grade controller and blaster being seconded? Its suggest the staff are out of their depth on the geology, but as far as I can see, inexperience is a constant issue in all mines, all staff are constantly learning, and only a small percentage will be old hands will decades of experience. And to be fuilly staffed, I dont think the MD can afford to be too picky in the frst place? Im saying they are doing the best with what that have got, which is all you could expect.

Fnally, to everyone , Covid is not over. Ive heard W.A. .is STILL maintaining quite a strict standard in relation to others states. After almost 2 years now, herd immunity should be coming into play, so with luck they will ease off soon, but again, I expect staffing problems will continue to be an issue. Because the mining labour market is tight, a lot of them are job hopping to the next higer paying gig.
If you expect top revenue performance from a company under these conditions, sell out. Theres a reason why most goldies are sitting at 2 year lows.
