i tend to disagree.
they have stated they are fully funded for first stage. huge funds required if they expand initially but they are staging it to fit within their business plan and that could be a little slower or faster depending on initial sales/output - so disagree with what you say.
the expansions will potentially be a blend of debt/equity once sales in the first stage take off.
as for under 10cents - you are making a lot of unfounded assumptions for that statement of yours - could be BUT chances IMO are pretty slim given where they are at ATM.
