Just got my takeover documentation, twice, maybe once as a DRM holder to suggest I accept A1M's offer and maybe another as an A1M holders to show how great the deal is?

One thing for sure is that it has put a door stop under the share price of DRM for the moment, unlike other Cu juniors and developers who have continued to be punished by the market lately. Just like the offer from BHP yanked the OZL share price back to its current trading range.

Will be interesting to see how the acceptances trickle or flood in. There is certainly no escaping the logic of a deal, but it's all just a matter of price/transaction/cost to get it across the line. It would be a shame if ego's and personalities somehow derail this though it wouldn't be the first time.
