You get your 300% + return anywhere above 18c per share. Should not be too long..... quite . possibly by this time next year. That would be nice yes ????
P.S. I am speculating but I would not rule it out.
P.P.S. All it would take is generous funding from say the Elon Musk, Meta or say the EEC and/or the USA to build the mine and the SP will take off to goodness knows where !!
P.P.P.S. This will be a big deal in the long run IMHO....just a matter of time. We have a high quality, cheap to mine rare resource, the world needs it, Uganda wants it to happen, Infrastructure for power and water are in place. That is a powerful combination of realities.
