My favorite part is where your first two bullet points directly contradict each other.

It's pretty clear from your previous posts that you are an aggrieved customer of the Woolloowin project. I would probably be frustrated too, but this is always a possibility with these types of developments.

The reality is that there is a huge amount of uncertainty in the economy and markets at the moment. Anyone expecting a property development business like this to give unqualified guidance in this economy is a little naive.
