Thank you to those who complimented my English grammar ,it was never my strong suit in school in the UK many years ago.I happened to be much better in sciences especially chemistry and physics.
What I find really sad is that not a single member of the “mindless booster club” can come up with any counter arguments to my well thought out comments on DEG /Gold road which employ easily verified published statistics..You may not like them but they are well thought out and represent my own personal point of view as a retail investor in gold stocks (both US,Canadian and Australian) for many years.
To the poster who complained there havent been any exploration results published recently ,have no fear they will be released shortly I have no doubt. DEG is run by promoters and they watch comments on Hot copper and when the price of DEG falls ,they usually cough up some drilling results in an effort to boost the share price. The more important question is not more exploration results, as any reserves found now are unlikely to be produced for 15-20 years unless they build another mine .They already have ample reserves to keep the mine going for 10 years starting 5 years from now.
This is not a good time to be a gold bug or an investor in gold miners ,we are in one of the worst bear markets in 40 years, especially in the small miners.There has been no place to hide with many quality profitable gold miners down 50% or more.
Even FNV is down 30% ,it should be noted I first bought FNV a long time ago when it traded at a dollar a share.
I noticed yesterday that the Aussie dollar was down below 64 cents US ,this must be the lowest level in years .The Australian central bank is increasing interest rates by .25%while the fed raises rates at 0.75% ,One would imagine if this continues that a currency crisis is in the making .
I have no further comments on DEG or Gold road ,we will just see what transpires ,The things I have been talking about may not become apparent for some time but I have little doubt that they will happen in some form or other .
