Steve has left a 1 billion dollar (market cap) company for a 20-25 million dollar company. In his interview, he said he had offers from companies with similar resource size to Lake, and offers much higher than what he is on now at Qxr. And he has turned them down for QxR.
Therefore, he knows something we don't know...
