IMO - It really shows that Chinese REE's supply chain is a mess, their exploitation of the environment and workers are evident and also the fact that production is stagnant or even dipping but their imports are picking up year on year...

I like that we are looking to build our own supply chains, which will fit the bill to what everyone wants.... an ESG friendly product.

More over, countries are looking to move away from what china are doing and reduce their reliance on them... check out this article from the Japan times and the first paragraph:
