I think you're right in that share price could drop to around $1.60 but at that price, its an absolute steal. Thats about a $400m marketcap. To put that in perspective, ABB guidance for FY23 is $800-$840m revenue and EBIT of $80-$88m. So looking at a marketcap ebit ratio of 4 to 5. Which is the same as Telstra. Except telstra isnt growing at >50% every year.
That Marketcap would be the same as superloop which is about a third the size of ABB and has organic growth YoY of around 10%. The main growth last year came through acquisitions. It also has a much smaller wholesale and business division.
Market it truly cooked. None of this makes sense. I loaded up hard today and will continue to do so.
