I actually don't think that would be a problem. 9 people recieved $13.5 million in remuneration or an average of $1.5 million. James got over $4million. Why does he need an incentive like that? He has heaps of shares already so alignment is strong. Same can be said for Steve.
The chief revenue and chief finance got huge bonuses yet here we are with people saying revenue is bogus.
Funnily enough, they would just about all be better off without their zepos and the share price back where it was...
