One has to wonder why continuous disclosure rules have not been adhered to
In saying that..........Jason commenced his role with Woomera on Tuesday, 16 August. Less than 8 weeks ago. He could well have looked at this and said no chance of announcing this until I have had a good look. Maybe this was an opportune time to get around continuous disclosure obligations. His hands must have been full taking on the new role. Just a guess of course but all will soon be revealed and hopefully its late because it was not interpreted properly rather than something untoward.
