Ive gone back through a few CII annual reports and market announcements and they dont seem to disclose much information in relation to the mix of their phosphate sales ie contracted vs spot. Im not actually certain CII disclose the grade (and i cant tell what their beneficiation process is, if any). Unless you know what % of sales are "medium term" and what price its been agreed at you wont know what % is spot and how much of the current market price they are able to achieve. The $86m revenue number is interesting but cant be used definitively in determining a comparative sales price to CXM.
AEV are also indicating a much higher price than the CII implied price from the annual report:
I think this shipment was to Ravensdown as announced 4 April 2022.
They have a further agreement with Ameropa for 5000 tonnes delivered sometime in November 2022:
