My concern is that we've heard nothing from these guys, so why we should vote their way. When Pacific Channel had a go at getting rid of Ken (ages ago) at least we knew why. Although I now suspect that they just wanted to get their inside men on the BOD. They succeeded with Andrew Kelly but we've since heard nothing from him and he owns a tiny number of shares. Bernie claims that these guys only own a small stake in LCT at 5% but I wonder how much the BOD own? Even less I think (would be happy to be corrected here).
I'll probably vote to keep Bernie (better the devil you know) but wish he would get a bigger shareholding himself.
I think Andrew is a vet isn't he? He was Pacific Channel's man. Maybe time is up for him. There is a lot of money going out in BOD wages and the dilution to pay for them has been massive. All IMO of course.
