Are trying to impose your style of investing on others, or your style of posting?
?No point in spreading negative views on us shareholders in this thread.. If you're not happy, sell the crap and move on is the best policy.. There, I said it..?
?Holding on to MST, and bad mouth about your own company days in and days out is just like shooting oneself on the foot.. No reasonable investor would do such thing.?
?If I am not happy about a company then I sell my shares and move on... why waste your time whingeing day after days ?. I sure won't help your company at all..?
Last year I as a disgruntled share holder (with others), had a campaign on this forum to dislodge the management of TZL. At the time it was the only stock I was posting on. I also posted on many other forums to rally support.
At this time the ex board had the company?s lawyer?s censor many posts but we kept going. As a whole we all had faith in the products but management was not doing the job. This was our main forum of discussion and therefore our best place to rally support and get our message out. To some point the fact that someone is in fact dedicated enough to keep pushing the message, can mean that he is more committed to the company than those that would just sell and move on.
To cut a long story short we managed to have the board toppled and replaced with a team lead by Mark Bouris. Now nearing the eve of our re-listing we have products being sold, being incorporated into Dell computers (the new Adamo) and a very bright future ahead for our beloved company. Our new board also have a court case running trying claw back $12,803,512 a portion of what we believe may have been stolen. Now had we at the time listened to what some were saying (including the chairman of the board in emails to myself and others), which was along the lines of your comments, then the company would have most likely fell to ruin.
After the board of TZL was ousted I and others who were just as unhappy put what we had into a fund to float the company out of trouble (my contribution was small in relation to other investors). This would not have been possible without this forum and the contact to other share holders it affords.
Now I used to be a very loyal supporter of MST and management. For many years on another forum, before I was banned for my very vocal criticism of the management of TZL (a possible result of the company?s lawyers). But now after so many years of this constant changing of MST products/focus and no sales, I have had enough. I still believe that this is a great technology but it is my opinion that the company is floundering due to lack of direction. Products should have made it to market by now. Simple!
This is an open forum if not here then where am I to discuss this. As to your dislike to BRR posting his unhappiness then by your own standards you should move on to a discussion forum where you are happy with the discussion.
