Unless the world has another major relapse I think we hit bottom in the 31 Dec results. I just think GMG will move slowly along in most part maybe trading sideways for a while as the current dividend does not support a higher share price in my opinion. The market will need to see more evidence of future EPS and DPS growth before we move up.
I read a quote from one broker in the Fin Review about a week ago and his comment was that GMG with a global platform and developments starting back up was one of the few Reits capable of 10% plus per annum growth in EPS over the next few years.
