what was really behind rds bid for arrow -lng?

    Hi Everyone - Can someone tell me if the proposed arrangement between Arrow and LNG is a done deal - has it been approved by shareholders?
    To add to my confusion, on the newswires this morning Shell is understood to have made the bid as a result of Arrows proposed Fishermans Landing liquefied natural gas project
    Any ideas
