What does it take for the general public to see what is happening ?
It seems the greenwashing has done it's brainwashing at the same time - not sure which started earlier but magic have weaved it's way.
A company in the UK responsible for cloud based app for home EV charging systems has gone bust. Thus will people that payed over a thousand pounds to have a wall mounted charger be able to continue to use the charger?? But no worries, can always drive miles away and charge at a public charging station and shh, don't worry about even more 'carbon footprint', after all, it is an 'electric vehicle' charged by solar and wind backed up by diesel and coal. Or else just leave the EV in the garage - and use real carbon footprint: just walk.
Additionally, even if that is the case, the company had the ability to switch the charger on/off at will - thus who has control?? Thus it seems people are willingly spoonfed a bite at a time.
As one fast food chain puts it - 'I'm lovin it'. What's not to love about fast cars, fast women and fast food??
Fast forwarding, the '(gan)green' revolution has arrived and many are happily rolling along. The tide is here, one wouldn't want to be a conspiracy 'therrorist'?? One wouldn't be enough to stop the tide.
