hi Ando. I have backed and continue to back the CMT but I was hoping That if Biddle got up then he would surprise us all with some strong leadership.

This has not occurred. How do you defend:

- Fisher leaving, Biddle obviously did not provide leadership here and reassure him that he has a plan that will be good for everyone.

- The fact he has not been to Perth since the vote (going by Bruno’s update). This is extremely disappointing as the employees would be going through hell at the moment. At very least a leader would have made him/herself present to reassure them.

- Next to no communication from Biddle post vote. What is going on, or is the point nothing is going on other then them saving their own ass

I strongly disagree with the argument that GW doesn’t have experience. What he has brought so far is leadership! No matter what experience Biddle has, if he is not leader if the team he will be ineffective and just another drain on companies funds. GW may not having direct mining experience but a leader will get the right people in the right jobs. Leadership is what is needed!
