New Hope Coal has a 16.9% interest in Arrow

2a) AOE's Net Reserves: 1P-432 PJ, 2P-3690 PJ, 3P-5781 PJ

2b) In '09 produced 'net' 10076 TJ gas, Gas Sold: 5500 TJ
Electricity Sales: 1054533 MWh.

3) Shell pumps in about a $1 billion into AOE for 30% stake in Oz & 10% stake in International operations

4) AOE bought Beach's 40% stake in Tipton West last year for A$400 mil.

5a) Commissioned the 450 MW Braemar Power Station for $530m

5b) Has 50% interest in Townsville Power Station, 100% in Dandine PS, 74.9% in Braemar-2 PS.

6) Banked $215m from sale of its interests in Pure Energy to BG

7) Banked $102.5m frm sale of NQ pipeline to Vic Funds Mgmnt.

8) Footprint in 4 Asian countries, India, China, Vietnam & Indonesia.

9) Cash on hand till Dec '09 : A$253.4 mil.

10) License awarded for Surat to Gladstone pipeline

11) Acquires LNG Ltd's entire interest in Fisherman's Landing LNG project (A$85m + future royalties).

12) Targetting first LNG in late 2012.

13) Shell-Petrochina offers $4.45/sh or A$3.25 bil, for the above. Tell them they r dreaming.
