On this day the asx asked the board to respond to the 5 days SP increase from 1.20s to 1.6os. As a massive coincidence the same day the Sumitomo bid was announced, 19th july. Obviously the board replied perfectly corrected at the time. I certainly hope no one is in possesion of information which might suggest any members of the. board might have acted outside of Asic announcements to the market guidelines. At a time when Cynata is collapsing under the weight of the market perception ' manana manana'..or if ever indeed!! The last thing we would need is a class action or EGM.
Not sure whether this is a buying opportunity or duck and cover to use a relevant historical term. Exposing the company to a cheap buyout possibility after 9 yrs...whose fault is it, Cymerus or the board? Keep those flat whites flowing!!
