I too understand the history and the cross holdings however what I do not understand is why the Greenhouse/Hannans agreement has NEVER been announced by NMT.
The Greenhouse agreement (apparently) covers significant vehicle markets (like Italy) but it has not been mentioned in a single shareholder update by NMT.
When I approached NMT for an explanation I was told there was no agreement for NMT to announce therefore they had not breached any disclosure requirements. Despite this both Greenhouse and HNR have been publicly touting their "Exclusive" rights for some time. As far as I am aware Greenhouse paid $0 for these rights.
If HNR/Greenhouse have exclusive rights for Italy (for example) does that mean that if Primobius does a deal with an Italian car maker they will need to negotiate with Greenhouse/HNR or pay a license fee????
As I have said many times before, I am a very happy long-term NMT shareholder but this "deal" (if it exists) does not make commercial or strategic sense. At the very least the terms of said deal should be released to the market by NMT.
Please note Chris Reed never even mentions it in passing during his many presentations or interviews. I find this very odd.
Anyway, as usual, just my opinion so probably not worth much.
