N.B is doing what he knows he can deliver. A lithium company. If every current lithium explorer came in to production by 2030, lithium would still be in deficit.
Prepare for TIVAN to be scrapped and TNG to become a lithium explorer / producer. The change in language with TNG in regards to a resources company cannot be denied.
The CFO who set up non binding $800m of financing, out the door. Why? Because he knows TNG will not be proceeding down that path, so his position at TNG was no longer tenable.
The vote at the AGM is a vote for the continued development of Mt. P, and all the potential risks associated with the project. Or a vote for N.B to turn TNG in to a lithium producer. If TNG did become a lithium producer in 4 years time, the SP would be a hell of a lot higher than 9c. So it is very interesting indeed to see how SH view this one. All IMO
