As NMT are a shareholder in HNR it’s not our place to make Announcements re HNR we don’t run that company but clearly benefit should it’s value go up.
Yes they have exclusive rights to our recycling tech but we own some 37% of HNR so will benefit from their gains in value over time.
Should they use Primobius to build the plants then again as 50% interest in Primobius NMT will also benefit from each plant.
As Greenhouse/HNR will need funding to build these plants then there’s opportunity for Primobius to buy into these and share in the recycling proceeds.
I see plenty scope for NMT to benefit substantially from this deal but as a shareholder only ( albeit a large one ) in HNR NMT do not manage the running of that company and so it’s not their place to issue announcements but their shareholding is most certainly well known to the market.

Currently the only way to play the Greenhouse/ HNR deal as recently announced is to buy NMT until that is HNR complete the fund raise and re list, I thought we’d get some lift from the HNR Ann but seemingly not, at least not yet.
Perhaps when things are further advanced with Greenhouse/ HNR and the re listing complete but even then NMT will be in it for the longer term and we hope substantial gains this investment may bring, whilst direct investors in HNR will be able to buy sell the bumps.
That’s my rough take on things, Loop.
