All makes sense.
A global "brand name" major does not just ignore a prospective 5Tcf gas resource (northern extension of Artemis) or even a greater amount to the west (West Artemis). I suspect there is some major wheeling & dealing going on in the background.
The AOE deal today only highlights how the global energy major view Australian energy assets.
