Nice post tinman. I think your explanation is very reasonable and makes sense. Well written and aligns with what a lot of people are thinking. The only concern I have with all this property bashing of late, is that the contrarian view would tell you that the perfect time to buy may be approaching us.
I think first we just need the media to turn property bears for a while, then a few cab drivers telling it how it is, and voila, time for me to buy a house.
