If the plan is not to go to production anymore (has it ever been?) but to sell, I am concerned we could see a repeat of GXY/ORE -> AKE
A takeover coming out of nowhere disguised as a merger without any premium.
JP and co cash up and move on (probably to TG6).
And we're left with our (dis)illusions
