Looks like Jimmy has been involved with acquisitions in Chile previously. Back in 2017/18, he was a consultant to Blina Minerals (now Tenant Minerals - TMS.AX) that, surprise surprise, walked away from the heads of agreement to purchase a Cobalt mine in Chile. First announced in Oct 2017, terminated Feb 2018.

Wouldn't be surprised if the next acquisition announcement for MAN will again be in Chile.
