Quite frankly the way this has been written is disappointing and not considered at all. A poor choice of wording and framed in a way that overlooks the overall positive fundamentals of the project. We can expect nothing less than the market to respond negatively.
What we should have seen is i) Transparency on delays given the macro environment ii) Acknowledgment of delayed BFS iii) What is already in place in terms of key discussions iii) A revised roadmap - even if only indicative with proposed new dates
Hands-down the PR engine needs revising.
