Perhaps the reason is because the only point that is accurate in the list is number 3 - which ISX maintained was one of the reasons and ASX kept ignoring and discounting because it didn't suit their narrative. This, along with the fact that VISA was changing direction and ISX wouldn't agree to go down a tier and pay for the privilege.

Your so-called "facts" have cracks in them.

And note, @JoeGambler and @Scribbles07 and @bladder that we respond with facts. You should try it sometime.

There was a few dollars involved in isx being part of "the" tier, a fee.
When was that restructure of tiers by visa. thought it was mid-2020.
