yes, that's why LTR rise from 0.06 to 1.70 now as the spodumene price rise 10 fold, i hold LTR since 0.021.
I am asking that question is because if someone really want to take over LTR at that premium, why not buy on the market with whatever they can get first at the current price or even higher, they'll save a lot if they offer $10 for the rest.
