No doubt they are advertising their product Silv but people should be aware that the Guvnuts can access PMs in theses depositories if required - I am sure that day will come. They consider they are totally independent of Washington DC - this may generally be true but not if the Guvnuts decide to get their dirty hands on all Au in the country, for example.
