Little bit hazy on the detail now, but I recall ASX was interested in the legal advice ISX claimed was the underpinning of its approach to the VISA termination disclosure. Interestingly, the independent experts did not sight this advice and simply relied on ISX representation that it existed. ASX was not satisfied with that approach and wanted to see the advice actually existed. ISX claimed privilege and the issue never resolved.
