Hotcopinvestor - IMHO you are dead right.

The market may not materially move on this stock until reserves are proven up and the BUL is going as fast as they can to do this - floods at the minute dont help, but these will pass and drilling recommenced.

My previous post has put a "valuation" on ATP813P alone as follows:

Snapshot valuation - company presentation 11/09 - ATP813P alone - 3 year reserve target 3000 pj 3p/3c - shares on issue approx 647m - estimated valuation based on .41cents per GJ 3p (conservative)and 647m shares on issue - estimated share price $1.90. If BUL can firm up these reserves on ATP813P alone Kogas would be very interested. My thoughts only.
