yep you got that right. Where is lulo in the cycle? Hasn't even started yet, don't even have an inferred kimbo resource.
 
how long does it take to get to an inferred resource, let alone indictated or proven?

plenty of comparable pure play diamond explorers put there internationally. One has an indicated resource of 10m type IIa D diamonds for an estimated resource value of $20b, majority stake and has rio as a minority partner, but market cap is about USD$10m, taken 3 years and 70,000 tons of bulk sampling to get there
