ok thanks- as I said , correct or clarify- Avz should should say that in the foot note - as they now own 100 percent of the Monaro extension project tenament which is 5o percent smaller as per the mining code of the drc
as for dathcom not going to court -
refer to the last major update announcement about arbitration - in that annoucment in a comical response to a boatman allegation about how Avz had tried twice to stop the sale of the drc 15 percent to zjin- Avz dropped a bombshell and went on to say - no no - we asked a judge to delete a minute in the dathcom register ( a company they state they own 75 percent of) and the judge said no- judge denied request and infact ordered the destruction of a share certificate - so clearly - avz Ltd, 100 percent owner of avzi which owns as it claims 75 percent of dathcom was in touch with the judiciary at some stage-
as Avz Ltd has stated they were never parties to the two actions they vaguely noted when they dropped the mining lic decree- of they are asking a judge to delete a minute in dathcoms minute register - then they went to court - they must have had some standing as the judge denied their request
How this minute and their request to a judge was not disclosed to the market is incredible to me - a minute in the books of dathcom purporting to ok the sale I would have thought is material and would have thought they should have informed the market long long ago- especially as they were making constant reference that they were discussing the purchase with the government - more likely discussing what they saw as an illegal sale
