This company has only raised once last year, 26/7/21, and it was all done behind doors with HNW individuals.
6 weeks prior to that was the SAIMM diamond conference at which we presented.
And it was 3 months prior to that there was an investor presentation.

Next preso after that raise was, you guessed it, 3 months later (29/9/21, followed by another earlier this year in May. So it seems they put our presos for information sake and not specifically aimed at a CR.

Also, the SP rise before a CR usually lasts longer than a day and can see a SP rise significantly or even double from past experiences, well 25 years worth of experience anyway.

So in this case Im leaning with rizzla and reckon its just illiquidity buying spiking SP, same as it does when someone tries to sell.

In time this will become more liquid, when MC gets into the $b's. IMO
