Great, I will be voting. In one of my other investments, JAT (non-mining/explorer), a major shareholder was unhappy with the performance of the BOD/management, so they kept buying on market and then eventually had enough power get rid of BOD and install themselves to run the company. Not sure of the exact detail, but would MAN be a prime candidate for this type of move?
