I would say people are finely doing the numbers.
The new garden well discovery looks like it is about 900k oz between 2-3 g/t based on current drilling.
As previously mentioned this puts it at the $1.50 / share mark ...
Of course there is lots of upside just look at all of that mineralization and end of hole ...
