proportional takeover bid, page-16

I agree with Chicka on the uranium, Im not sure about Drummond dont know enough. I would have thought a take over proportional or otherwise was a possibility. Would any one like to hazard a guess at some numbers and time frames. I would guess the motivation to make an offer would depend on the probable size of the resource and the availability of capital. How many shares do they need for a seat on the board?
