I would be surprised to see the top 20 increase their ownership, HIO is 80% owned by retail, hence the panick and the laughable SP decline, and now the players are just doing what they do playing, and making more panic, it happens all the time, was the announcement worthy of a 60% then 30 plus % drop hell no, but what a ride, BFS has been slowed WTF let’s drop the MC 75%
