Headie, I don’t think Brittney decided to press her complaint for around 2 years after the alleged incident so presumable the cops didn’t interview Bruce until then. Unless it was particularly memorable I couldn’t tell you precisely what I did last week let alone 2 years ago so no wonder Bruce’s story changed.
I obviously have no idea whose telling the truth except one of them must be telling porkies. It sounds like Brittney was so muted so had no idea what was going on but that doesn’t mean necessarily Bruce is telling the truth - the jury will decide that. Frasier has put the best theory forward about what’s going to happen - proof beyond reasonable doubt is a high bar to jump.
