agree. Prices definitely do come down, we are already seeing some construction prices start stabilising and subcontractors come knocking on doors after appetite for long-term supply commitments as they understand the cooling off is coming. We are forecasting in our feasibilities continued rate escalation in short term, before a stabilisation and then a negative escalation environment to follow in the medium term. This is why I’m looking to scope potentially being an issue rather than rates.
