And I am not sure how the first green steel producer not being able to keep up with demand proves your point? Shows their is strong demand which counters your point that it isn't viable.
By the way high grade IO products can also be used to make the EAF production process more or even fully green. EAF makes up about 30% of the entire worlds steel production. Is that "commercial" scale enough?
