I guess you havnt read any of the reports about all the significant work they have done over the last 4 years, grants and government acknowledgement they have achieved and been able to keep the budget afloat without massive loans before the financing agenda are struck. Not to mention the innovative strategy and vertical integration that sets them apart from others at this point.
