Not sure why you are using NMT as a guild to PLS action. NMT went it's own way mid Sept. Have a look at Frey instead. Much better correlation.
Frey: . FREYR is a Norwegian Incorporated Company developing a lithium ion battery facility.
Below I have a comparison chart of all three companies. Easy to compare which is a better indicator of PLS SP action.
