I wish people would stop feeding into old mates comments in here as it’s ruining a good forum. All you are doing is feeding him, that’s exactly what he wants. Who cares if his outlook is negative, just brush it off. If you are confident in the cards you are holding then what a pessimist says shouldn’t matter. We’ve always got people who disagree with our thoughts and that’s ok. If l had to defend every person who said the property market was going to crash I’d go mad. ASN has all the makings of a successful company, I’m onboard, I’ve got friends and family and work mates onboard. What old mate says I’ll read incase he brings up a good point but that’s it. I’m confident of what’s in front of us and you should be too. He will get sick of talking to himself soon enough and when ASN gets to where we all know it’s heading be humble about it, old mate will know he was wrong and should be enough.
