Cannot see that TO number getting approved with the grades and intervals being hit here. This is turning into a tier one copper project and the MC on this as a stand alone is going to be big.
May be more likely a TO succeeds if it’s above the ATHs and in scrip to a company paying dividends already, yet success here would push their SP up materially too. Oz being the natural fit there considering their stake. If LT holders see a $2.50 offer in scrip from Oz at a slight discount to their SP then the yearly dividend is going to be more than tmany’s buy in price while the project develops, and when project comes online you’d expect both higher dividends and SP growth.
I think plenty might vote for that.

Either way great LT buying at this price.
